Q: Why are your products much cheaper compared to other websites/online shops?

A: We have a strong product team to source and find products around the world. We always get the best offers to offer our customers the best price.

Q: Do you sell used or refurbished items?

A: No, the Only Market only sells items in brand new condition and all items are 100% genuine.

Q: What payment methods can I use?

A: We currently only accept payments by PayPal.

Q: Do you accept bank transfers?

A: Not at this time.

Q: Do you accept installment payments?

A: No, we only accept full payment.

Q: Do you have a trade-in services?

A: Sorry, we do not offer trading services for products.

Q: Do you offer a warranty for your products?

A: Yes, The Single Market offers 12 months in-house warranty on our most important items.

Q: How long is your right of return?

A: We offer a 14-day return policy. For more information, see the Returns and Refunds page.

Q: Can I cancel the order if I change my mind?

A: Yes, if you wish to cancel your order, please contact us by submitting a support ticket to notify us of the cancellation. We only accept orders to be canceled that are still in the processing status and the order has not yet been packaged.

Q: What are your working hours?

A: Our customer service hours are Monday through Friday between 9:30 and 18:00 (GMT+8). (Except public holidays in Germany)
